Chester Garcia
Chester Garcia is an entrepreneurial professional with a creative eye for catalyzing organizational change and is a transformative leader skilled in assembling high performance teams and enhancing business operations from an executive seat. For 30+ years, Chester has served in executive roles and led one of the most prestigious dental laboratories in the United States, sparking major growth in its market share, operations, strategy, technical and financial functions. Last year he decided it was time to open Louvre Dental Laboratory to bring a quality product with a consistent degree of artistry, a service level, and personal approach to the market, which he believes has been lost in the past few years. He has been able to assemble a technical team that believes in the beauty of artistic restorations without compromising the scientific and technical aspect of the process.

Megan Burke
Megan is one of the co-founders of Louvre Dental Laboratory and has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She began working in a dental office in 1998 and in 2000 put all of her effort into learning the craft of dental technology. She has been growing ever since and through her involvement in case planning and design, she has touched many lives. She is well respected in the industry for her ability of bridging the gap between the doctor’s clinical challenge and the technical realities.
A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Megan is involved in various other study groups and organizations. She has a natural compassion and excitement for the dental craft that’s impossible to overlook. She has trained under some of the most prestigious dental minds of our time and has an eye for esthetics, a mind for creative solutions, and the knowhow to deliver the best possible solution for patients. Megan says, “When it’s someone’s smile you are a part of creating, you can’t help but put your heart into it. Everyone deserves to feel confident when they smile and I’m thankful every day that I get to be part of enriching someone’s life.”

Angie Hendrickson
Our Administrative Director, Angie Hendrickson, has been with Louvre Dental Laboratory since the very beginning. Her unwavering commitment to the success of our relationships with clients, vendors, and employees is remarkable.
Angie started her professional career in 2000. Over the last 19 years she has led large teams of people at the most prestigious labs in the country using her keen sense for communication.
You will find Angie managing our schedule and production flow, building important relationships with vendors and clients, managing logistics, as well as accounting. Angie wears many hats and she wears them all well.
Angie’s experience allows her to have a specialized understanding of what it takes to build and maintain a successful operation. Working with Angie will leave you with a strong sense of security knowing you are in good hands.
